FAQ
Soccer is fully supported out of the box — positions, formations, and tryout-station templates are pre-loaded. Other sports work but require us to seed positions for your sport during onboarding; email us and we'll usually have it ready the same day.
We're working directly with a small cohort of clubs through their tryout season. Request an invite and we'll set up your org, seed your sport, and walk through the tryouts workflow with your head coach. Annual fee applies; we work with you through your first tryout cycle.
Minors do not create accounts. Coaches enter candidate and player information; access is strictly scoped to the team they belong to. We don't sell data, don't use it for advertising, and won't share it outside the org. Parents and guardians can request a copy or deletion of their child's data by emailing support — full details in our Privacy Policy.
Yes — send us a CSV during onboarding and we'll import your current roster. Historical evaluation data can be imported on request; we'll help map your scoring rubric to the platform's metric model.
Most clubs start with tryouts — the highest-leverage moment of the season — and adopt the broader features over the following months. Onboarding takes about 30 minutes for the head coach; assistant coaches can be added with an email invite and need no training.
